Build your own 10ft aluminum mini jet boat with this complete digital plan set! Designed for experienced fabricators and welders, these files provide everything you need to CNC cut and form the hull — compatible with laser, plasma, router, or waterjet machines.

• Bottom thickness: 1/4" aluminum
• Hull thickness: 1/8" aluminum
• Capacity: 2 or 4 person design
• Power rating: Up to 200 HP
• Features: Rear swim deck, two windshield options - (tall & low)  and two engine bay covers (2 person & 4 person).

🧰 Construction Notes:

• This is an advanced fabrication project — not for beginners.
• You must know how to weld and work with aluminum.
• Includes a tab-and-slot design to help align:
• Transom to hull bottom
• Sides to transom
• All dimensions are in inches.

🪵 Recommended Materials:

• We recommend 5052 aluminum for best results.
• Other grades can be used, but please note:
• Marine-grade aluminum costs more
• Some alloys are harder to bend or weld

Approximate material requirements (may vary):

• (1) 0.25" x 5' x 12' — Bottom
• (2) 0.125" x 4' x 11' — Sides
• (2) 0.125" x 5' x 10' — Misc. parts

These quantities will leave extra material for brackets, dash panels, and small parts.

• Requires at least a 10 ft CNC cutting table
• Buyer must source all materials and cutting services
• No welding or fabrication support provided
