Refund policy

 

All sales of digital plan files are final. Because our products are delivered as downloadable digital files (DXF and PDF formats), we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once files have been delivered. The nature of digital goods means we have no way to verify that files have been deleted after a refund, and therefore all purchases are considered final upon delivery.

File Issues

If you experience a technical problem with your files — such as a corrupted download, missing files, or files that do not match what was described on the product page — contact us within 30 days of purchase at minijetboatdxfs@gmail.com and we will make it right. This may include re-sending files or issuing a replacement.

Wrong Item Delivered

If you received files for a product you did not order, contact us immediately at minijetboatdxfs@gmail.com and we will send you the correct files.

No Refunds For

• Change of mind after purchase
• Incompatibility with your CNC software or machine (file format compatibility is your responsibility to verify before purchase)
• Difficulty with the build process (these are advanced fabrication projects — see our FAQ)
• Sale items or promotional purchases
